Poured Out For God

When it comes to serving others, there tends to be two extremes within the body of Christ. There are some people who want to serve all the time, but they often struggle to make time to sit and abide in Christ and His Word. Then there are others who love to spend time abiding, but they struggle to step out and serve. These two important disciplines need to go hand and hand.

For that reason we are starting a new series today entitled Pouring in and Pouring out. Before we can effectively pour out our lies in service to God, we need to make regular time for God to pour into our hearts. Through our study this morning we will discover an important truth: Pouring out our lives is unavoidable. We’re all being poured out in one way or another. It’s my prayer that we will all choose daily to pour out our lives for Christ!
