If you have given financially this year, you can expect to receive an emailed or mailed acknowledgement of your contributions no later than January 31 of the following calendar year. If you have changed your physical address or email address in the past year, please make sure our records are up to date by emailing cityonahill@chccmi.com.
If you plan to make a tax deductible gift to City On a Hill for the tax year ending on December 31, according to IRS rules, your contribution is effective when delivered. In order for your gift to be considered "delivered," it must be:
Postmarked by the USPS no later than December 31 of that year, or
Given online before 11:59 PM December 31, or
Placed in one of the offering boxes by December 31 of that year.
