I was born and raised in a military household, the oldest of two daughters. We moved throughout my childhood and settled in Arizona in 2000. I spent my free time volunteering for my local church in their children’s ministry and going on multiple international mission trips, including the Philippines and Thailand. In May of 2016, I married my husband Bryan. I have spent the last ten years as a public educator and my husband is an aircraft mechanic. With his closest family in Michigan, we knew that we would eventually make our way here. In the summer of 2019 we moved to Marshall and began attending CHCC that fall. In October of 2020, we welcomed our daughter, Selah Grace, into our family.
When I was younger I would create Powerpoints and websites for fun, detailing characters and stories from my favorite TV shows and books. As I got older I began using Photoshop to create more advanced work, including moving pictures and editing photoshoots. In December of 2022, I graduated from CMU with a Masters in Learning, Design, and Technology, allowing me the opportunity to learn how to envision, develop, and evaluate the creation of programs and graphics. I have always felt a pull to work in ministry and the Lord has blessed me with the opportunity to use my talents in a way that glorifies Him at CHCC. I am so excited to be able to serve the church as Production Coordinator.
